| For example, while driving a car and carrying on a conversation with someone, the conscious mind is attending to what is being said in the moment while the subconscious mind is turning on the turn signal, hitting the brakes, attending to oncoming traffic, monitoring our blood sugar, regulating our breathing, planning our next move and on and on. The subconscious mind is so vast and so powerful that we do not even know what it is thinking or capable of. It truly runs our lives—whether we know it or not! Habits begin and manifest deep in the mind and they can be friends or foes. Good habits can make our lives easier, helping us to do the more mundane things of life without thinking about them, like automatically depositing your paycheck. But, as all of us know all too well, habits can also be destructive...to our health, to our finances, to our relationships. It's why we struggle with losing weight, paying off our credit cards or quitting smoking...to name a few "bad habits." Whether they are a positive force in our lives or obstacles to the goals we want to achieve, habits become ingrained through repeated actions. Here is a little test to display the power of our habits. Cross your arms as you normally would, and look down to see which one is on top. About half of you will have your right arm on top and the other half will have their left on top. When you crossed your arms for the very first time, you might have been still in your playpen, and you have been crossing your arms the same way ever since. Now, cross your arms again, but this time put the opposite arm on top. It feels extremely weird! If you were to challenge yourself to cross your arms the "wrong" way for the rest of your life, could you do it? Probably. Would it be difficult? You bet it would! Here's the point: Habits—good, bad, or neutral—are difficult to break ... they Die Hard! The real key to success is replacing destructive habits with successful habits. To win—to break self-defeating attitudes and behaviors—we must understand that we have the power to choose and the power to change. We have the power to let go of old thinking and adopt the mindset of a champion. | ||||||

what are you numbers? are you odd or even.
number fun ... life is full of numbers, odd & even they are all the same. As they all are used to count an object. They can be added or taken away. but they all have a purpose . We use them for counting the cash, street adresses, days of the weeks and months of the years. As well as our present age.
my numbers are even . It's funny that way.
I'm the 2nd child of my family ( the middle one as well )
I was born on the 2nd day of the week ( Monday )
My birthday is 10-12-1964
I graduated high school June 6-6-1982
I spent 6 weeks in Canada for my gift.
I met my husband in 1986
4 years after my graduation and surgery.
They also did my surgery in October of 10 (25) 1982
2 months before Christmas
I have 2 kids. ( although I lost ( 3 ) to miscarriages )
My kids are 4 years and 10 days apart in ages.
They were both born in the same month.
Andrea (3-3) 1988
My son (3-13) 1992 ( Friday the 13th, lol )
I got married in Feb-(29) 1988 ( leap year )
That was on a Monday the 2nd day of the week.
My husband 's birthay is (5) -20 -1960
He was also born on a Friday
I find it funny my husband and I are also 4 years apart
Both my kids had the same date ( 3-25 )
Then even funnier we are all leap year babies. as well as a leap year anniversary
We moved up to Tenn. July (7)-12 - 2000
Also a Monday .
We got there on (7)-14-2000 A Wednesday

Although some odd numbers in my life aren't this way for me.
Like things of 3 always happen.
Ex. I graduated high school, I went to to my gramma, then had a big birthday party for my ( 18th )
I met my husband in Nov. 11-17 (1986)
If the first one is bad, the other 2 will be as well.
If the first one is good then the others will be as well.
One good though is I have 1 husband . The same I've had all along. This is our ( 24th years ) but only our 6th real anniversary
I had 3 miscarriages, I would of had 5 babies. The same as my mom's family and my husband's ( that is 2 families )
So now I have 1 girl, 1 boy, and 1 husband ( lol )

Question....
I really don't know where to post this on my page so this is where I chose....
I know I don't know you all and I may never get anyone to reply to me here.
BUT
I need to know if any of you ever took any drugs ' illegal or legal that made you feel like you were in danger, or causing harm to one self. . Like wanting to commit suicide or hurt someone else. or If it ever took you to the brink of trying it. What caused you to stop, before it go to be too late for you.
You may be wondering why I want to know this. I'm trying to write something for someone but I've never done anything so to cause me extreme danger. My medications were enough for me. as I know some of them can have suicidal side effects.
a friend of mine knows I can write about anything but sometimes I need a bit of help to get inside the situation and try to know what goes through someone else's mind or life while they do things or why they might feel the need to do things
